If you’d like to reach our Retail Store, call (616) 392-2112. However, store associates can only assist local customers and will not take messages for the Internet Department. If you have a question about an internet order, please call Customer Service or Internet Sales.
Phone messages: If you get our voicemail, please leave us a message so we can return your call. And, PLEASE, speak slowly when you give your name and number.
If you left a message, please be patient as we try to give everyone excellent service. We’ll try to get back to you the same day. Mondays sometimes take a little longer since we’re replying to all the weekend messages.
If you are an International customer, you may get a faster response to email since we occasionally have difficulty with some languages. It’s not that you aren’t speaking clearly; we’re just not familiar with your accent and we want to get your information correct.
