I bought the wrong size. Can I exchange it for the correct size?
Yes, if it’s an exchange only for size. See our No-Fee Apparel Exchange for details.

I bought the wrong size and I think I want a different color. Can I exchange it?
Yes, subject to our standard Exchange/Return Policy.

I bought an item I no longer want. Can I return it?
Yes, subject to our standard Exchange/Return Policy.

How much will it cost for shipping?
Items costing $49.99 and less cost $8.00 to a United States address.
For items costing $50.00 or more (before tax, if in Michigan) your shipping to a United States address is free.
International customers must call or email for shipping rates.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
If you are a Michigan resident, PerfMoto.com adds 6% sales tax to your order.

What if my package is damaged when I receive it?
If you receive a damaged package, contact the shipping company immediately.

Can I make a Special Order?
If you don’t see an item that you want, please call or email us as we may have your item in our retail store but just haven’t listed it on PerfMoto.com yet.

What if my item is not in stock?
PerfMoto.com does its best to maintain adequate inventory levels and track our suppliers’ inventory. Occasionally, most frequently at model-year changeover, we sell two of an item but only have one available. If that happens on your order, we will notify you immediately and offer an alternative item or a refund.

What about backorders?
We may not find out until after your item is purchased that it is on backorder. If that happens, we’ll contact you and try to give an approximate delivery date. You may choose to wait for the item, or we’ll refund your purchase.

I left a message. How long before you return my call/email?
Phone messages: If you get our voicemail, please leave us a message so we can return your call. And, PLEASE, speak slowly when you give your name and number.

If you left a message, please be patient as we try to give everyone excellent service. We’ll try to get back to you the same day. Mondays sometimes take a little longer since we’re replying to weekend messages, too.

E-mail: We try to reply within 24 hours. Please check our FAQ list if you have a question so you don’t have to wait for us to reply with a link to our FAQ list.
