I bought something with a credit card, but my information doesn’t match, I don’t have my security code, and I want to ship it overseas. Why won’t you send my items?
Believe it or not, there are folks out there who try to buy stuff with stolen credit cards. Now, they may just say that they borrowed the card and promise to pay it back, but PerfMoto.com keeps a very close eye on all sales and reserves the right to terminate any transactions that appear fraudulent. To be clear, if all the info just doesn’t add up, we’ll probably risk losing a sale over losing our shirts to a thief. And it’s one of the reasons we need your personal information so we can contact you if something seems unusual.

Can you mark my package as a gift for shipping purposes?
It might seem a good idea, but if your package is caught at customs (and, take it from us, it happens all the time), they hold your package until we pay a BIG fine, charge you additional taxes (and possibly other fees), and then ship it to you after what could be several weeks. It’s illegal. So, NO, we won’t mark your package as a gift. Not even if you threaten to buy it somewhere else.

Customs has my package and says I owe money. Do I have to pay for it?
PerfMoto.com is not responsible for duties, taxes, or fees incurred at customs. Yes, you must pay for it.

Can I choose the shipper for my package?
PerfMoto.com uses DHL and USPS (United States Postal Service). We offer a choice with the following suggestions:

• If you have a PO Box/APO, you cannot use DHL.
• When we ship USPS, customs often views packages as mail and infrequently holds them up for duties/taxes/fees. Unfortunately, it’s USPS and that means that ground delivery may take longer than shipping DHL.
• When we ship DHL, ground packages usually get to our customers several days more quickly than USPS. However, customs seems to view those packages as freight, and we often see duties/taxes/fees imposed by customs that must be paid by the customer before customs will release the package. You, the customer, must pay those duties/taxes/fees.

How much will it cost to ship my package?
We’re working hard to automate the checkout process for International shipping costs. For now, we must ask that International customers call or email for shipping costs.
