Otherwise known as the small print. Unfortunately, we’ve got to put it on here because of a few bad apples who try to take advantage of the system. Let’s face it. You’re looking for a fair deal and we’re looking to make a little something for the effort. So in the interest of good business we had to implement a few ground rules.
All merchandise purchased from PerfMoto.com is sold in its original factory packaging with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer/distributor. Therefore it can be returned or exchanged only if in original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all literature/instructions/documentation and attached tags, instructions, etc. Worn items, used items and any items without the tags attached will be refused.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted without an RMA number. All RMA requests can be generated here. Packages sent to us without a valid RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box will be refused.
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the shipping of the returned or exchanged item back to PerfMoto.com. Returns and exchanges sent COD will be refused.
PerfMoto.com will not refund shipping charges for any returns or exchanges unless the return or exchange is the result of an error made by PerfMoto.com. We are not responsible for personal items left in returned or exchanged merchandise.
Returns or exchanges must be received by PerfMoto.com within 10 business days from the date the RMA# is issued.
Never ship an item in its original manufacturers packaging - it will arrive damaged. Please use a postal box or other adequate packaging to ensure your return or exchange is not damaged on the way back to PerfMoto.com.
We are not responsible for goods we received that are damaged. These damaged goods become the property of the buyer if not shipped properly, and you may be charged to send them back.

Buying online can be confusing and intimidating. Making a decision to purchase apparel based on a photo and using a manufacturer’s size chart isn’t the same as actually trying on the item.
PerfMoto.com understands that sometimes things just don’t fit like we think they should. For that reason, we have a No-Fee Apparel Exchange for your first size exchange for the identical apparel item within 7 days of receiving your item. If you decide that you don’t like the item and want something different, the item is subject to our standard Exchange/Return Policy.
For example: You buy a red leather jacket, size 50, and decide you need a 52 after trying it on. You pay to send it back to us and we’ll ship you the first size replacement without a restocking or shipping fee. No other changes can be made (color, model, year, etc.) or you are subject to our standard Exchange Policy.
You will need to fill out a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) in order to get credit for your purchase. The RMA fills in the transaction information so we can complete your exchange. Click here to access our RMA form. You, the customer, are responsible for shipment back to us. Once we’ve received the item and approved the exchange, we’ll ship your replacement size to you.
Just to be clear, merchandise to be exchanged must be new, unused, unworn and must include all original, undamaged packaging, instructions, protective covers, price tags, and other items that may have been attached to the merchandise. If it doesn’t look exactly like it did when we shipped it to you, we may refuse to exchange it, and then you are responsible to pay to ship it back to you.
Note: The No-Fee Exchange does not apply to Hot Deals items. International customers may exchange for size per the No-Fee Exchange guidelines (no restocking fee for the first size-only exchange) but must pay the shipping charges to and from PerfMoto.com.

PerfMoto.com charges a 15% restocking fee, based on the value of the item you are returning, for all exchanges (other than the No-Fee Exchange). So if you buy a RED Icon jacket and want to exchange it for the same size, same type Icon jacket in BLUE, you will be charged the 15% fee. Same thing for returning a helmet in exchange for boots or anything else where you’re getting something different than your original purchase. You pay to the shipping to PerfMoto.com. PerfMoto.com will cover the cost of shipping your new item back to you if you are a US customer. International customers must cover their shipping both ways.
For example: You purchase a $500 leather jacket, and want to exchange it for a $300 textile jacket. You will pay a $75 fee on the exchanged jacket, leaving a $425 credit minus the price of the textile jacket. We would then credit you back the difference.

Performance Motorsports has been successful for over a decade by providing excellent customer service at competitive pricing. Experience has shown us that a customer who is only price-driven tends to be a pain in our ass. For that reason, we chose not to have one of those “Low Price Guarantee” thingies. We think that a Guarantee that has more excuses than a teenager past curfew isn’t much good, anyway. Trust us, we know how much our competition is charging and we’ll do our best to cost the same or lower.
